To provide even better service to our customers in the future, we have upgraded our ERP system from Lexware to SAP Business One.
This transition allows us, among other things, to improve inventory monitoring, provide quick and insightful responses to customer inquiries, and present our business documents in a clear and attractive manner with all relevant information.
After a brief “hot phase” following the go-live, we are now experiencing significant improvements in our work processes, which we aim to further optimize in the future. This not only makes work easier for our colleagues but also ensures that we always have up-to-date information available for our customers.
One innovation brought about by the switch is the implementation of an interface to our shop system. Online shop orders are now processed and shipped even faster, much to the delight of our customers.
Additionally, goods receipt and issue are now scanned with a mobile device. This significantly reduces incorrect deliveries and speeds up the provision of recently arrived goods.
Finally, we are using SAP very actively in the production area. This gives us a good overview of the current workload and guarantees error-free inventory postings.
