On Wednesday, 17 May 2023, the construction workers from our building site, companies from the neighbourhood, the architect, friends and many more visited us to celebrate the traditional topping-out ceremony for our new building.
Master carpenter Achim Dambmann from the company Dambmann Holzbau GmbH read out the topping-out speech followed by the tossing of the shot glass. Luckily it broke!
After a few words of thanks from owner and managing director Björn Schmidt to the trades involved for their great work, even under sometimes difficult weather conditions, the celebration really got going.
The guests were served steaks and sausages from the grill as well as various cold drinks.
